The retransmission timers in the Retransmission Parameters section were left at the default

values for the MSBG.

The Advanced Parameters configuration is shown in the three screen captures below. The most

notable modification is to configure Disconnect on Broken Connection to ‘Yes.’ This field

ensures abandoned calls disconnect in a timely manner. As always, it is imperative to confirm

the individual values shown below match those in the customer’s MSBG.
